Step One: Consolidate
Time is short. Money is short. Stop wasting either on activities that aren’t producing solid results. Are you testing and tracking everything? What’s does your flow diagram (process) look like? (your HOW)
Step Two: Focus
Focus on your key strengths, passion and your market economics. Start ignoring everything else. Be really clear on your WHAT.
Step Three: Innovate,
RAISE THE BAR. Where can you be No 1 or No 2 (eg a market leader)? How do you contribute and generate value? (your HOW WELL)
Step Four: Identify + Align
We can do so much more when we work together than when we work alone – especially online. Instead of looking to dominate your competition, who can you co-operate with in a win-win-win?
Step Five: Market Actively
So many people, plan, create, build, talk and never make any kind of an offer. You should be constantly making and testing offers to see what people are looking for.
You may want to adjust your marketing message to:
• Emphasize value and savings
• Be very specific about benefits and outcomes
• Highlight results through testimonials and social proof
Right now it may take longer to close the sale; so right now is the best time to start!
