1. Make a list of 20 people you know and write down 3 things that you want FOR each of them.
2. Schedule 10 phone sessions and 10 meetings to discuss this with them!
3. Schedule one workshop per month.
4. Enroll at least 10 people to each at a nominal fee (get them to invest!)
5. Approach 5 groups/associations and target your workshop to them.
6. Host a monthly luncheon for current clients and their associates.
7. Have a strong opening line that attracts but does not hard-sell or sound manipulative.
8. Package your services for what the market wants to buy (not just what you want to sell them!)
9. Set the proper fee for where you are currently in your professional development.
10. Ask 3 influential associates if you can coach or mentor them for 90 days in return for referring a paying client every 30 days
11. Take all of your assessments yourself so you know what it's like for the client.
12. Give unexpected bonuses to your clients.
13. Make huge requests of your current clients so they produce breakthroughs in their lives.
14. Fire the client who is unwilling or half-in-half-out. Do not hang on!
15. Hire a mentor or coach to help you get more clients!
