Why do Personal Trainers market themselves as a ‘Personal Trainer’?
Why do Coaches market themselves as a ‘Coaches’?
Indeed why does any Service Professional market themselves as “Job Title”?!
Your TITLE tells your prospects nothing about WHO you are, WHAT you do and HOW you do it (eg differ from your competition)!

Firstly you are unique. No-one can ever be the same as you. They will never have your exact philosophies, your drive, your experiences, your life force etc YOU are the living breathing brand!
Secondly; what do you stand for and who do you work with? This differentiates you too.
And thirdly (most importantly) the HOW. How you work or operate can become your key point of distinction – your “platform” by which you are known.
When you adopt a portfolio approach (PA), you start growing a product line of services and products.
Just like you might have a portfolio of stocks and bonds for your retirement savings, it is not only prudent to diversify your income streams rather than relying on the one service (1-on-1), you also get your message out – in more ways – to more people.
Conversely offering your services and products in several different formats/packages and price points makes it easier for customers to buy from you. Plus if your clients already like and trust you, they want to continue to buy from you (at varying levels of comittment). It’s a win-win.
So when I say “Everyone needs a PA” – I mean Every service professional / internet marketer needs to adopt a Portfolio Approach
EG A portfolio of services and products and a portfolio of ways to attract prospects into your funnel
Get it right and not only will you stand out better and become more well-known (through your WHO, WHAT AND HOW)
But it will be just like having your own PA work for you (even when you are not!)
