Have you ever considered what is absolutely essential to your business?
In other words: What are the fundamentals? The things that you absolutely MUST have in place.
Because once you have the fundamentals in place, you are then in a better position to look at HOW BEST to do it (but not before!)
The purpose of building both a business and a market strategy is to make sure that we don’t get seduced by things that feel good to do, but don’t actually move us forwards.
With that in mind, ask yourself these seven questions:
1. What fundamental elements do you have?
2. What fundamental elements do you need to master?
3. Do you have a clear business building strategy in place?
4. Are you spending money without learning the fundaments of your business?
If so could this money be better spent on fundamental training? Do you know what type of training is available?
5. Are you generating enough targeted website traffic for your business? If not, how can you improve this?
6. Are you converting the website traffic you are generating?
7. What processes have you got in place to monetize your marketing efforts? Could you add more processes?
Remember the TWO core fundamental elements of any online business are: You need to generate website traffic and convert that visitor traffic.
My final question is “Are you even measuring these TWO metrics?!”
