Building a Real Multiple Income Business

I’ve been quiet recently because I’ve been going through a similar business model process to what I’m just about to describe here.

But rest assured, I’ll be back before long, with some really original content!

Meanwhile try this exercise:
1) List every single thing you want to accomplish in your life/business.

Put your goals into a priority sequence, identifying if this goal needs to be accomplished within the next 12 months, the next 3 years, or the next 5 years.

2) Put a priority of 1-10 for each goal from each list.

Ask yourself if any of the goals with priority 6-10 are seriously important to you? If the answer is yes, make sure that you ask yourself why.

3) Now go to your list of goals for the next 12 months and create a new list of just those identified as 1-5 priorities. Put this list into order of importance for you.

Once the list is ordered from your most important 12 month goal to your least important 12 month goal, draw a line under the 5th goal on that page.

The top 5 goals are your 100% mission to complete as quickly as you can.

4) Put this list of 5 goals everywhere you go: Office, Bedroom, Bathroom, Vehicle…etc

Every opportunity you have, ask yourself “what am I doing to ensure that I accomplish this list of goals?”

Each night before you go to sleep ask yourself “what did I do to get closer to accomplishing my goals?”

Enter this information into a journal religiously.

5) Once the first 5 goals have been accomplished, move to the next group of 5.

6) Once you have accomplished all of your 12 month goals, move to your 3 year goals, then on to your 5 year goals.

7) Do you have 100% clarity of your goals? Are they specific?

8) Are your business goals aligned with your lifestyle / life goals?

9) Embrace the concept that you are building a real (multiple income) business. How can you make it scalable and sustainable for you?

Keep These Business Success Markers in Mind
Ask yourself – is your niche big enough? (the bigger the better)
Can you reach your target audience with your message?
Is the market sustainable? Can you build a real business around it?
Is this business something you have a passion about?
What products/services are going to make up your sales funnel?
What is your back-end strategy?
How are you planning on segmenting your database?
What traffic methods do you plan on implementing?
Who else is already doing what you aspire to do? How can you model them?

Remember it’s all a process! … How is yours looking?!

I find the problem with this is that new goals tend to crop up all the time and you end up creating as many new goals as you already have goals while working on you targeted goals :|

How do you deal with this?

Ideas are everywhere. Understand, you only get paid for DONE. Better to complete one project rather than have multiple on the go. Get clear on your ultimate outcome and avoid distractions at all cost, however good they may at first seem!
