Reclaim Your Self-Esteem!
Create a list of qualities you do not like about yourself and a list describing your strengths. How do they match up? How could you build upon your strengths?
Identify incompletions from your past. Take action to complete each one and move on with your life in a positive, productive manner.
Design a specific dated plan to remove yourself from any energy-sucking
relationships.
Create a detailed newly invented declaration about who you are that addresses every aspect of your self-image.
Visualize your new positive self and create a vivid movie script of what your present and future will look like. Read your vision for your life at least twice daily.
Recreate your environment to surround yourself with people and things that reflect your self-respect and honour your worth as a person.
Every day acknowledge yourself for some worthy accomplishment you achieved that day. Build small vistories into your week.
